Your Job

In the midst of this unprecedented time, we understand that making plans can be very overwhelming, and many families may feel conflicted about their schedule over Thanksgiving break this year. The Harvest Hike is a great solution. Our goal is to give families and individuals of all ages something exciting to do during the day and something to look forward to. Your job is to get out, have a nice time with your family and friends, and make some memories!

Since the event is a fundraiser, each participant will recruit as many family members and friends as they can to donate a constant amount for each chosen benchmark. A good example might be that a friend offers to donate $10 for every mile you walk over the session. Even if you only walk one mile each day, you have raised $60 from just one person! At the end of the session, you can either have your friends and family transfer their donations to our GoFundMe separately, or have them send their donations to you and transfer them in yourself. To access our GoFundMe page, please click on the upper right-hand corner button that says Donate Now. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

We are setting this event to be six days long between the days of November 24-30. However, we encourage you to create a time period that works for you and your family as long as we have received your donation by the first Monday of December. On the donation page, we have listed some nice places to walk, scattered around the Boston area. Most of these locations welcome animals, but if you have any questions regarding pets, please don't hesitate to contact one of us. You can find our contact info on the Who We Are page.
